Welcome to Mind-Technique-Body Tennis!

Mind, Technique and Body are the 3 elements comprising every great athlete. All 3 are naturally present to different degrees and strengths in all athletes and all 3 must be nurtured, trained and developed to a balance that allows the player’s max potential to be achieved. In the MTB-training program the 3 elements will be addressed through intensive, traditional tennis training that will provide players with a solid foundation for growing their game as well as additional new-breed cross-training drawing from disciplines such as psychology, geometry, biomechanics, plyometrics and across other sports and fitness & conditioning methods to build a more complete athlete.

Whether you play for fun (for I believe that a hobby can be much more fulfilling, if you are to achieve a high level of proficiency in the subject) and enjoy the game and its mental and physical health-benefits or are so passionate about your game that you are willing to put in the grind-work required to take it to its highest level – you will find the trinity the MTB-TENNIS method offers, at the core of all athletic training.
